Part 1: "Making the Disability Income Protection Connection"

Income protection is not front of mind for most professionals. That's why it is our job to identify the need and risks we are exposed to every day. Your client’s income is the foundation of the life they've created. Why wouldn’t you recommend they insure what makes everything in their lives possible? Come and learn about how vulnerable we really are and how to promote continued future financial stability when its needed most.

  1. Understanding and identifying group LTG shortfalls and how to protect against them.
  2. Realize the need for this protection and how to bring it up and keep it simple.
  3. Discuss different areas of protection for both the individuals and business owner.

Part 2: "Bridging the Gap in Property and Casualty Insurance"

We have all been conditioned to think that personal insurance is only a commodity. Unfortunately, a large portion of the affluent top 1% are uninformed of the multitudes of the issues with their personal insurance program until after there is a major claim. Let's face it, as advisors, we are all in the risk management field. How do you know your afluent clients are sufficiently protected, are keenly aware of the most cutting edge risk transfer, and loss prevention techniques available? By using through provoking claims examples of property and liability driven exposers found here in Colorado, we will help you better educate your clients on a multitude of coverage gaps and enhancements only available through select carriers specializing in high net worth insurance.

  1. Learn to uncover gaps in your client's insurance programs.
  2. Hear real life claim examples and how to avoid the pit-falls.
  3. Discuss issues our clients face in Colorado and how to be a better advocacte.

Part 3: "What Every Advisor Must Know About Today’s Long-Term Care Solutions" (Learn More in his Video)

As leading-edge Baby Boomers turn 71, the need for LTC planning has never been greater. Yet, there is much uncertainty amongst advisors as to which way to turn. Are LTC insurance policies and companies offering them still viable? How does one sort through the myriad life insurance policies with LTC and Chronic Illness riders? What is a hybrid policy? Is short-term care insurance worth having? When is it proper to advise a client to self-insure? How much does care cost today? These questions and more will be answered.

  1.  Understand the current condition of the traditional LTC insurance marketplace and how insurance carriers are adapting with new products.

  2. Understand the difference between hybrid, asset-based solutions combining life insurance or an annuity with LTC insurance and life insurance products with LTC or Chronic Illness riders.

  3. Understand the true costs of needing care for a chronic illness.
